In June we conducted a completely new 2-day sales training session in Seattle, WA on developing resiliency in tough sales environments. It was a very new topic for our trainers and something completely different for our participants. Our client chose to send only very experienced sales directors and sales managers from his key account team. After the training we asked participants for the anonymous feedback.
