In July 2019 we conducted our first sales training in Hanoi, Vietnam. It was 2-day sales training workshop on the power of insights and importance of having a compelling reason to connect with your key accounts.
All participants were experienced sales executives and account managers from our client’s national team and we adjusted our training to the local business culture. After the training we asked participants for the anonymous feedback. Here is the excerpt from client’s internal training evaluation report.
We received only one comment, probably because of the language barrier and different cultural approaches to sales training and evaluation. We are currently working with our client to receive any updates when available.
